The Virtual VP service is tailored

to meet your needs 


  1. BulletCosts are a fraction of the base required for a typical VP of Marketing or Sales. 

  2. BulletUsually billed on a monthly retainer basis with an agreed upon upper limit of time, but we are open to other arrangements. Retainer, hourly, and result-oriented terms are available.

  3. BulletMost relationships begin with an intense period wherein marketing and sales plans are examined, developed or refined to meet your business goals. Priorities are rank-ordered.

  4. BulletTypically 2 to 4 in-person meetings per month, daily availability by phone and email, and off-site work is indicated.  Frequency and scope are determined by your needs, availability and internal capabilities. 

  5. BulletLevel of involvement is defined to allow The Virtual VP to stay “in the loop” and co-manage projects and with your team in order to optimize contributions and provide coaching when needed.
